The Founders of NERDS RULE INC. and RAIN ON ME team up together after several years of collaborating on youth and teen projects for bullying prevention, mental health awareness, and women and girl's empowerment.

Becoming board members of each other's organization during the beginning of the pandemic has taken their community action projects to the next level with several nominations and awards.

Deepanshi Gulati started Rain On Me in 2018 after living with several anxiety disorders for almost a decade. She wanted to provide a safe space for people in a position similar to herself, who needed to vent about daily struggles and stresses affecting their mental health.
