NERDS RULE INC. Ocean Ambassadors

Firsthand experience learning how to use ocean data to understand climate patterns. You become familiar with the processes that lead to these changes and learn how scientists use data to predict where the effects of climate change will be greatest. You will also explore the possible steps we can take to mitigate the problems created by climate change.

The NERDS RULE INC. and Partnership and Scripps Institution of Oceanography T.R.I.B.E Ocean Ambassadors Program aims to build resilience in the new generation through data-based education using information that is readily available to the public. Armed with information, we can understand what needs to be done to improve the quality of life in our communities and the health of our oceans.
